There is a 14-day return policy, however products must be returned in the same condition they have arrived in for a full refund to be provided. All our products are thoroughly checked before being sent and all deliveries are tracked. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, the arrival of the product will be checked. IF a package is damaged, you can also reject on collection from the courier. It is the buyers full responsibility to check that they are purchasing the correct components/ products for their vehicles. E.g seat sensors, seat belt sensors, air bags etc. Disclaimer: Electrical goods are considered non refundable items due to their fragile nature, potential damage and/or tampering. Therefore when ordering please ensure that you have checked all serial numbers and once the product has been removed from its packaging will no longer be accepted back, if you realise that you you no longer need the product you can hand the product over on arrival by delivery without opening packaging.
