There is a 14-day return policy, however products must be returned in the same condition they have arrived in for a full refund to be provided. All our products are thouroughly checked before being sent and all deliveries are tracked. If you recieve an item that is damanged in tranist, the arrival of the product will be checked. IF a package is damaged, you can also reject on collection from the courier. It is the buyers full responsibility to check that they are purchasing the correct components/ products for their vehicles.
